EDA has completely changed how my daughter sees herself—not just as a performer, but as a confident, driven person. The balance of high expectations and genuine support has been life-changing.
The training is intense but exactly what’s needed to prepare for the next stage. My son is now walking into auditions with real professionalism and skill.
EDA doesn’t just train great performers—they mentor whole people. My daughter has learned how to handle pressure, stay organised, and stay mentally strong.
I never thought I'd feel confident singing in front of others—but now it's my favourite part of the week. The encouragement here is real, and it’s helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect.
Being at EDA feels like finally finding my people. Everyone here is serious about performing, and that energy pushes me to keep improving.
EDA is full-on training. It’s intense—but it’s taught her resilience, time management, and what it really takes to succeed.
The first few weeks were a shock—long days, tough classes—but my son has completely flourished. He’s grown so much, not just in performance, but in how he handles challenges.
Auditions used to terrify my daughter. Now, with the training and feedback she’s had at EDA, she’s walking into the room with confidence and clarity. She’s genuinely ready.
What sets Emil Dale apart is the intensity and the results. The contact hours are incredible, the feedback is constant, and the progress my son has made in just one year is unbelievable.
We looked all the colleges, but nothing compared to EDA’s smaller, focused environment. My daughter gets individual attention, fast-paced development, and real connections with her teachers. It’s a no-brainer.
The moment we visited EDA, we were blown away. The studios, the theatres, the atmosphere—it’s all built for excellence. My son is thriving in a space that inspires him every single day.
So many schools lean into just one area, but EDA takes all three disciplines seriously. My daughter’s dance, acting, and singing have each progressed equally—and that balance is exactly we wanted.
Weekly one-to-one singing lessons for three full years? That alone made EDA stand out. Add in the personal growth and performance level my son’s achieved—we honestly couldn’t imagine sending him anywhere else.
When I see 'Emil Dale' on a CV, I know I’m getting someone who’s trained properly. These students are driven, versatile, and prepared. Emil Dale doesn’t spread itself thin—they specialise in doing one thing brilliantly: all-round musical theatre training. They’re not trying to appeal to everyone, just to those who are serious. And it shows.
We knew the minute we walked through the door that this place was special. The energy, the professionalism, the focus—it felt like a school that truly lives and breathes performing arts.
As soon as we stepped inside, we just knew. EDA had the spark. Our daughter felt it too—she lit up, and from that moment on, there was no question this was the right place for her.
The second we walked into EDA, everything clicked. It didn’t feel like just another college—it felt like a company. Structured, inspiring, and full of people who genuinely care about excellence.
I was really impressed by the third-year opportunities. Full-scale musicals, a live London showcase, and a London agent panel day all in one year? It’s more than many other colleges.
I like how everyone gets a fair chance in the third-year showcase—equal time to sing, dance, and act live. It’s not just a digital reel agents might skip—it’s in-person, and that makes all the difference.
The Emil Dale graduate list is so impressive. So many names going into West End shows, national tours, TV and films. It’s a testament to how respected this college is across the industry.
